With a sleeping capacity of 8 to 10 people, the house is located on a wooded and securely enclosed land of 27 hectares. With a land size of 150m2, the house comprises: 1 living room, 1 dining room, a 1.60m2-kitchen  equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with capacity for 4, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 dressing room, a 402‑terasse with a gas barbecue and garden furniture. Access to a lakeside, charcoal barbecue is also possible.

Free and unlimited WiFi access. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A toddler bead and high chair are at your disposal. Bed and household linings are supplied.

When it comes to heating, the house is equipped with a cast‑iron wood‑burning stove. You will be able to make most of its welcoming and comforting warmth.

We provide you with wood logs. Should you require one, each room also has its own electric heater.
